We have achieved Finland’s most inspiring workplaces 2021 acknowledgement and AA rating in the People Power® employee experience survey. This acknowledgement stands for our employees’ high level of dedication and our company’s long-term inclusive development. Finland’s most inspiring workplaces is a Finnish working life acknowledgement that is granted annually to the best organisations participating in Eezy Flow’s People Power® survey.
In 2021, we managed to exceed several of our goals and achieved great results despite the challenges posed by the coronavirus pandemic. Among other things, we struggled with challenges in supply chains and soaring raw material prices. Despite these issues, together we achieved our long-term target turnover of EUR 100 million, which would not have been possible without the commitment and dedication of both our staff and our customers. The Finland’s most inspiring workplaces acknowledgment was the crowning achievement of a truly fantastic year, and shows that we are going in the right direction.
We set out to develop our operations systematically based on the results of our 2020 personnel survey and succeeded in significantly improving our results. We invested in the development of our management and managerial work, communication, cooperation and competence development and gave our staff opportunities for making a difference. We ensure successful managerial work by having common goals, shared operating models and regular trainings. The desire to succeed and develop our operations together is the cornerstone of our staff’s dedication and enthusiasm!
Our journey together continues, and in the coming years, we will be investing even more in cooperation as well as staff satisfaction and dedication.
