Minor changes to products, their packaging or delivery quantities are possible.
We process all complaints from our dealers through the form below.
Complaints about defects and shortages in products and deliveries must be made within 14 days of receipt of the consignment.
For product warranty and spare parts issues, please contact Product support.
NOTE! Please add all products to be claimed on the same form before sending.
In the “Product information” section, add the required number of product codes using the “Add new item” button.
